By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Due to the nature of our products (organic food and wellness consumables), returns are accepted only under specific circumstances to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

A. Damaged Product

If the product is received in a damaged condition (leaked, broken, tampered packaging), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

B. Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

C. Manufacturing Defect

If the product has a verified manufacturing defect.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken seals (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Items returned after the specified return window

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless defective)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.


4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs will be borne by Kash Organic.

  • If the return is due to other eligible reasons, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers must ensure products are securely packed before return.


6. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable), we will notify you about the refund status.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • It may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Method:

  • Online prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → Refunded via bank transfer (customer must provide bank details)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may choose a replacement (subject to stock availability).

Replacement orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.


8. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
